What is a Preorder?

Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for purchase in advance. By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item before it arrives.

Preorder Processing & Shipping

Preorder items will have an estimated ship date listed on the product page. Typical preorder turnaround time is approximately 7–21 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note that estimated shipping dates may change due to vendor, carrier, or supply delays. If delays occur, we will notify customers via email.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time your preorder is placed.

Cancellations

Preorder cancellations may be approved for store credit only.

Due to the nature of preorder items, refunds are not available once an order has been submitted.

Shipping

Preorder items may ship separately from in-stock items unless otherwise noted.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
