Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.


Preorder Items

Preorder items require additional processing time and may take longer to ship than in-stock items.

Estimated preorder turnaround time is typically 7–21 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Please note:

  • Preorder timeframes are estimates only
  • Shipping delays may occur due to vendors, supply chains, holidays, or carrier delays
  • Preorder items may ship separately from in-stock items

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing timeframe.


Combined Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your items may ship separately unless otherwise stated.

This helps avoid additional delays for ready-to-ship products.


Shipping Delays

Boss Beauty & Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Lost or delayed mail
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Boss Beauty & Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local pickup may be available in Lubbock, Texas for select orders or appointments.

Customers will be contacted with pickup instructions if this option is selected.
