Returns or exchanges may be approved within 30 days of delivery for eligible boutique items.

A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from approved refunds.

Deposits for beauty services and appointments are non-refundable.
Appointments canceled with proper notice may transfer the deposit one time to a future appointment.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
