Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
A 5% restocking fee may apply to approved returns

Boutique Items

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be approved within 30 days of delivery for eligible boutique items.

Items must:

Be unworn and unused
Have original tags attached
Be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from approved refunds.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Beauty products
Injectables
Digital products/downloads
Sale or clearance items
Preorder items
Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty-related sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.

Some approved returns may be issued as store credit at the discretion of Boss Beauty & Boutique.

Appointment Deposits & Beauty Services

Deposits for beauty services and appointments are non-refundable.

Appointments canceled with proper notice may transfer the deposit one time to a future appointment.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
